Halloween Camp
Looking for a fun and active way to spend the Halloween mid-term? Join us at Doon Social Farm from Wednesday, October 27th to Friday, 30th for our Halloween Biodiversity Camp. Children aged 5–11 years will enjoy hands-on time with our friendly farm animals, autumn nature and biodiversity activities, Halloween-themed crafts and games, and plenty of outdoor fun in a safe and welcoming environment. It's the perfect opportunity to explore nature, make new friends and create lasting memories. Spaces are limited, so early booking is essential.

Gardening For Climate Action
Join our Gardening for Climate Action classes and learn how small steps—like composting, soil care, and growing your own vegetables, can make a big difference. Beginner-friendly & hands-on.

Starting: Thursdays, 10am–12:30pm
Cost: €3 donation per day for seeds and refreshments

Nature, Art & Animal Connections
Join us for a calm, small-group experience where children can explore nature crafts, animal care and creative play in a welcoming environment. These sessions are designed to build confidence, connection and creativity while enjoying time at Doon Social Farm.

Starting: Sept Saturdays 11am-12pm
Cost: €30 for 4 weeks or €10 a week

Fermentation with Anne Maher of the Urban Coop

This 2 hour workshop will cover the basics of starting sauerkraut. Sauerkraut is a probiotic that helps with all gut-related issues. Raw ingredients will be provided. Participants will come away with their own jar of sauerkraut.

Stating: Sept 19th 10am to 12pm On Doon Social Farm
