- Compliance with the Charities Governance Code as set out by the Charities Regulator
- Submission of Annual Returns to the Companies Registration Office (CRO)
- Filing of an Annual Report with the Charities Regulator
- Preparation of Audited Annual Financial Statements to ensure financial transparency and accountability
